What is a wake window?

A wake window is the amount of time your baby stays awake between one sleep and the next. It includes feeding, playtime, diaper changes, and the wind-down routine before sleep.

Is the app free?

Snoozy is free to use during early access. In the future, premium features will be available through an optional subscription ($1.99/month or $16.99/year).

How do I share with my partner or caregiver?

Use the Family Sharing feature in the app. Create a family group and send an invite. Once they join, everyone can see and log sleep for your baby.

How accurate are the wake-window estimates?

Estimates improve as you log more sleep data. Each prediction includes a confidence level so you know when to trust the timing and when to stay flexible. Always use your baby's cues alongside the estimate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from within the app. Once deleted, we will remove or de-identify your personal information, except where retention is required by law.

What data do you collect?

We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service — your account info, baby profiles, sleep logs, and device information. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
